Every piece of NEOM furniture is delivered fully assembled and carefully protected to ensure it arrives ready for immediate use. Once your order is finished in our studio, we ship it via trusted partners directly to your doorstep.

Yes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.

While we take extreme care in packaging, shipping accidents can occasionally happen. If you notice any damage upon arrival, please take photos of both the packaging and the product immediately and contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, so we will prioritize finding the best solution for you. If the damage is significant, we will arrange for a replacement of the affected parts or the entire item to ensure your NEOM piece is perfect.

Since we deliver our furniture fully assembled to maintain its structural integrity, we take full responsibility for the logistics and costs involved in transporting your piece safely from our studio to your door. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay, with no hidden fees at checkout.

For daily cleaning, use a soft, dry, or slightly damp microfiber cloth. For stubborn spots, a mild, pH-neutral soap solution is recommended. Always wipe in the direction of the wood grain and dry the surface immediately with a clean cloth.

Your furniture arrives with a high-quality natural oil finish that provides deep protection. Under normal indoor conditions, you don’t need to re-oil it for several years. If the wood begins to look dry or loses its luster over time, you can apply a thin coat of premium furniture oil.

Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, abrasive scourers, or furniture polishes containing silicone. These can damage the natural oil finish and the organic texture of the birch plywood. Also, avoid placing hot items or excessive moisture directly on the surface.

We utilize CNC technology for the initial cutting of our birch plywood, which ensures exact accuracy and a production process with minimal material waste.
